Deposits

 

All bookings for Feathertouch and Yumilashes require a deposit.

All deposits are deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

- A $50 deposit is required for all Feathertouch bookings. If you choose to cancel your Feathertouch booking within 24hours of the appointment time, you will forfeit this deposit.

- A $29 deposit is required for all Yumi and Lamination bookings. A $50 deposit for Yumi and Lamination Combo. If you choose to cancel you booking within 24hours of the appointment time, you will forfeit this deposit.

Cancellation Policy

​

Out of respect for me and other clients, I require 24hrs notice before cancelling/rescheduling any appointment. A fee of 50% of your treatment cost must be paid if cancelled/rescheduled within 24hours. No shows will incur a fee of 100% of your treatment cost and you will not be able to rebook until fees have been paid in full. Any deposits paid will be forfeit.

Change of Mind

​

If you have booked a Feathertouch appointment and decide at the time of your appointment that you no longer want to have the treatment done, we still require 50% of the treatment cost. We are a small business who rely on this work as a main source of income, and change of mind on the day does not cover our time and money lost from then having a free appointment. While we do understand being nervous or having a change of heart, we also request that if you are unsure whether this treatment is right for you, to please book a consultation first.
